At Bodhy, our mission is to provide high-quality spiritual literacy content to the global community. Because we operate as a digital publishing house and deploy funds immediately toward the creation and free distribution of our "Scrollbooks," we adhere to the following policy regarding payments and subscriptions.

1. Digital Products (Scrollbooks & Content)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of individual digital products, downloadable "Scrollbooks," or access to the 'Inner Circle' digital archives are final and non-refundable. Once access is granted or a file is downloaded, the service is considered fully delivered.

2. Subscription & Patronage Payments

The Bodhy Patron Subscription Circle is a recurring support model for our publishing mission.

  • Monthly/Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at team@bodhy.co

  • Cancellations: Cancellation stops future billing. However, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining period of an active subscription month or year.

  • Non-Refundable Contributions: Since patronage subscription payments are immediately utilised for the research, production, and free public distribution of spiritual literacy materials, these payments are generally non-refundable.

3. Physical Rewards (Limited Editions)

In cases where a subscription tier includes a physical reward (e.g., a Print Limited Edition Scrollbook):

  • Damaged Goods: If a physical item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will send a replacement copy at no additional cost.

  • Lost Shipments: If a shipment is lost in transit due to our courier partner, we will resend the item. We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the patron.

4. Duplicate Payments

In the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate transaction, please contact us at [Insert Email] within 48 hours. We will investigate and process a refund for the duplicate amount via the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage patrons to contact us directly to resolve any concerns. Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in the permanent suspension of your "Inner Circle" account and access to Bodhy digital assets.
