At Bodhy, operated by Bodhy Studios, we offer a blend of digital-first content and exclusive physical rewards for our Patron Subscription Circle. Digital Scrollbooks are delivered instantly, while physical editions are shipped quarterly. This policy outlines how and when you will receive your materials.

1. Digital Delivery (Scrollbooks & Archives)

  • Instant Access: Upon successful payment of a subscription or purchase of a digital Scrollbook, you will receive an automated email with a download link or access credentials to the "Inner Circle" portal.

  • No Shipping Fees: There are no shipping or handling charges for any digital-only products or tiers.

  • Technical Support: If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes, please check your "Spam" folder or contact us at team@bodhy.co for immediate assistance.

2. Physical Rewards (Limited Edition Prints)

For patrons in tiers that include physical "Limited Edition" printed Scrollbooks or other merchandise:

  • Processing Time: Since our physical editions are often printed-on-demand or released in curated batches, please allow [e.g., 7–14] business days for order processing and packaging before shipment.

  • Shipping Partners: We use reputed national and international couriers (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, DHL, or FedEx) to ensure your rewards arrive safely.

3. Shipping Destinations & Costs

  • Domestic (India): We ship across India. Standard shipping is typically included in your subscription tier unless otherwise stated.

  • International: We ship to patrons worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • India: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International: 10–21 business days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance procedures in your country.

  • Tracking: Once your physical reward is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

5. Incorrect Address & Non-Delivery

  • Address Accuracy: It is the patron's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including Pincode/Zip Code and Phone Number).

  • Re-shipping: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, a re-shipping fee may apply to send the item a second time.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your physical reward arrives damaged, please email us at team@bodhy.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost to you.
