Welcome to Bodhy (accessible via www.bodhy.co). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your relationship with Bodhy Studios (Ministry of MSME Reg. No. UDYAM-KL-02-0008750) regarding your use of our website and your participation in our subscription programs.

1. Nature of the Service

Bodhy is a professional digital publishing mission dedicated to spiritual literacy. We produce and distribute 'Scrollbooks' (mobile-optimised PDFs) and other educational content.

2. Subscription & Patronage Model

By joining the Bodhy Patron Subscription Circle, you are purchasing a professional service or subscription.

• Not a Donation: Bodhy is not a non-profit organisation or an NGO. Payments made to Bodhy are not charitable donations and do not qualify for tax deductions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act or similar international laws.

• Purpose of Funds: Payments are treated as professional fees/revenue used to fund the research, writing, editing, design, and free distribution of spiritual literacy materials globally.
  
  

3. Subscription Tiers and Deliverables

Subscribers (Patrons) may receive specific rewards based on their chosen tier, which may include:

• Digital or direct access to the 'Inner Circle' updates.

• Limited-edition print versions of Scrollbooks.

• Recognition/Sponsorship credits within digital publications.

• Early access to new releases & more.

4. Payments and Taxation

• Commercial Transaction: All transactions are processed as a sale of "Digital Publishing Services" or "News Agency Services."

• Taxes: Prices are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes. For international patrons, the service is treated as an "Export of Services" from India. [Purpose Code P0802]

• Currency: Payments are accepted in INR and major foreign currencies via our authorised payment gateways (Stripe/PayPal/Razorpay).
  
  

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided, including but not limited to Scrollbooks, text, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of Bodhy Studios. While we encourage the free sharing of our public-facing PDFs, the 'Premium' or 'Patron-only' content remains for your personal use only and may not be resold or commercially redistributed without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability & Nature of Content

• Informational Purpose: Bodhy provides educational and spiritual literacy content for informational and philosophical exploration. This content is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice. Bodhy Studios is not liable for any personal interpretations or actions taken based on the content provided.

• Non-Religious & Non-Proselytising: Bodhy is a secular, universal mission focused on consciousness and awakening of pure spiritual awareness, which is the divine right of every human mind. We are not a religious organisation, nor do we engage in, support, or promote religious conversion or proselytisation programs of any kind. Our content is intended for educational purposes and does not advocate for any specific faith, creed, or religious dogma.
  
  

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, India.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

As these funds are immediately deployed into the production and free distribution of content, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time via your account settings.
